You have now been taught about four practical ways to reduce stress in daily life during iHWT — improving sleep, time management, eating, and exercise. An important part of all the modules in this training was the connection between stress and your body. With that in mind, you were also taught four groups of stretches that target different groups of muscles in your body, which often become tight, uncomfortable, or painful due to different types of stress. We encourage you to continue working towards making healthy choices around sleep, time management, nutrition, and exercise, and to keep practicing regular stretching, that will help reduce daily stress.
